Our Design & Engineering teams provide comprehensive support including concept development, material research, feasibility assessment and digital lab testing including complete dimensional layouts. Our team will create new or improve existing designs and drawings with a practical focus on efficient manufacturability. All engineered designs are created utilizing SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD design software and can be electronically submitted to our customers.

Karmichael is committed to a higher standard of manufacturing including comprehensive production of geometrically complex components that must meet the most demanding tolerances. Capable of processing a wide range of metal types including Sheet Metal, Plate, Structural Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Stainless Steel and Exotic Metals. Our wide range of manufacturing services enable us to provide our customers with complete manufacturing solutions. All parts produced are verified through documented in-process inspections.   

Karmichael’s assembly processes are designed to ensure quality and efficiency, our trained assemblers are proficient to handle even the most complex assemblies and delicate products.   Our assembly specialists have worked with a variety of customers offering insight into best-in-class behaviors and results with an ongoing focus on improvement.   Whether parts are ranging in size, raw or finished, bulk or individually packaged, requiring labelling or kitting we will recommend a solution that meets and exceeds expectations.
